Your Enrollment Journey A Step-by-Step Guide

Childcare Agreement Acknowledgment: Carefully read, understand, and affix your signature to the Childcare Agreement Form, confirming your agreement with our terms and policies.

Understanding Our Practices: Take time to go through our Parent Handbook. This will help you get acquainted with the operational aspects and ethos of our center.

Comprehensive Child Profile: Provide detailed information about your child, including health history and dietary requirements, on the Child Info Form.

Photo Release Consent: Grant us permission to capture and utilize your child’s photographs by signing the Photo Release Form.

Immunization Documentation: Ensure your child’s health safety by filling out the Immunization Release Form with their vaccination details.

Filling the Childcare Registration Form: Diligently complete the Childcare Registration Form, providing comprehensive personal and contact details of your child.

Sunscreen Authorization: If you agree to allow us to apply sunscreen to your child for outdoor activities, please sign the Sunscreen Permission form.

Participation in the Food Program – EIEA: Irrespective of income, please complete the Food Program form as we participate in the USDA Food Program for children.

Accuracy Check of Forms: Review all completed forms to verify that the information provided is thorough and accurate

Form Submission to Ascend to the Heights: Finally, make sure all forms are submitted to our enrollment office within the stipulated timeframe, either digitally or physically.

Hi my name is Shane I'm a single dad of 3 girls and I used this daycare for about 7 years when my girls went in I was reluctant but the first week they went they started behaving better at home fr. I kept my kids enrolled because this isn't just a day care it's a community that really cares about your kid and your family fr every holiday is celebrated they literally help u if u need it I am a single dad took my three girls through elementary school by my self and at least half that credit should go to this daycare  they are literally life savers ty flower and family I soooo appreciate you

How do I submit the enrollment forms?

Is there a waitlist?

Sometimes. Infant care and before and after school care often have a waitlist. Call (509) 327-3311 to check current openings.

Can I enroll my child mid-year?

Yes. We enroll year-round, with no deadlines.

Do you accept Working Connections and military assistance?

Yes. We accept Working Connections Child Care and military fee assistance through Child Care Aware of America. Families using Working Connections need pre-approval before their child can start.

What ages do you care for?

We care for children from 1 day old through age 12, in infant care, toddler care, preschool, TK and before and after school care.
