We’re hiring child care teachers and assistant teachers to join our team in central Spokane. Work with children from infancy through age 12 in a caring, faith-based center, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

To work in a licensed Washington child care center, every team member needs:

First Aid & CPR

Current Pediatric First Aid, CPR and BBP, or willing to get them.

TB test

Within the past 12 months, or willing to get tested.

Background check

Able to pass a local and federal background check.

Diploma or equivalent

A high school diploma or equivalent.

30-hour STARS training

Child Care Basics, completed within one week of hire.

18 or older

All team members must be at least 18.

Love for kids

You genuinely enjoy working with young children.

Always learning

A commitment to ongoing professional development.
